Thanks for the review and I have checked and we have not had any emails from you about the order. It was posted on the 14th July and delivered by tracked 24 service on the 15th? Could someone have popped it somewhere safe? Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

“Ordered 500 ladybird Larvae. They told me that a maximum of three day delivery would apply to Ireland. Due to an error at their end, there was a 48 hour delay in dispatch, resulting in the Larvae being in transit for 6 days. Consequently, they were all dead on arrival. Green Gardner did refund my money (except postage) But from an animal welfare view, not good.”

“I ordered ladybirds and they came very quickly. The ladybirds quickly disappeared from sight once I released them into the plants and very quickly so did the dreaded greenfly I ordered them for. Great price and great results. A downside was three ladybirds died en route but it was very warm outside. RIP.”

“Ladybirds through the post? Yep. But what a difference these little ninjas have made to our trees, it's amazing. Quietly munching on the black fly, not causing any fuss, great! No chemicals on the garden so everyone's a winner.”

“Stock a good range of products which support organic & sustainable gardening as well a a good delivery service. Personally I still check that I'm happy with the listed ingredients of products before purchasing. Did ask a question abou ingredients & didn't get a reply, but that could be down tothe disruption of covid-19 (so I didn't purchase the product in question.”
