“Please be wary advice given is not always reliable. I asked advice on a suitable product for a plant problem a couple of months ago, when the product did not work after using it a number of times. I was informed it was for a preventative measure. Not even an offer of a refund! I wished I had originally emailed them as I would have had proof.”

“Thank you for the Bug Blaster. I have used it almost daily on 3 peach tree fans in a greenhouse. I think this has rescued the trees from a bad spidermite infestation this year. I appreciated the detailed instructions that came with the Box Tree Moth traps, and one moth was caught so far.”

“x7 of the ladybirds were dead on arrival, x1 item was missing, Green Gardener did resend the complete order, however, x5 were dead on receipt of the second batch and most of the remaining ones were very sluggish. I did enquire if it would be possible to add holes to the containers they are sent in, maybe just perforate the inside of the plastic containers with a bradle, so the holes wont be big enough for them to escape but may allow for adequate air flow while in transit. I believe perhaps this may ensure a better survival rate. I did not have a response on this. Thanks”

“I have ordered some ladybugs larvae and adult ladybugs for a huge aphids infestation bin my garden. Now my veg are growing again. There are few aphids here and there but hen there is the ladybugs :-) I really recommend this. I have also purchased some copper rings to keep snails and slugs at bay and those have been a bit of disappointment unfortunately. I have resorted to "feed them" potatoes and carrots peels and the situation has improved, so copper rings plus feeding the slugs what they like works out a treat. Overall I am pleased with their service and products.”

“Delivery of nomatodes was quick, just a matter of days. Spread them immediately, perfect conditions, light rain, same next day, all of it on my small garden. Impossible to tell if it's made a difference, still loads of snails eating anything fresh and green, beans, sunflowers and thankfully drowning in beer pits.”

“Bought a product “Ants Annoy” After several questions I applied as per instructions. After a few days of No Results I contacted you , to be told allow 10 days and keep watered, Never Worked at all !!!!! Totally disappointed in the product and the cost was £35 pounds.”

“I purchased some baby ladybirds and chose this company as they are in the same county and the ladybirds would not be in transit too long. Arrived within a couple of days. I followed instructions for release. Two weeks on there appears to be many adult ladybirds in the garden. Not sure yet if its enough, as the blackfly appear to have a stronghold. But several of the ladybirds are on the flowerbed where the blackfly is worse- hopefully eating their way through- fingers crossed. liked that this was a natural/ green option.”
