“Only received part of order - not that they were out of stock, they just were not sent, one item sent was damaged. Office girl was very nice and sorted it all out (she said the warehouse staff must have been busy). The missing items were not sent quickly, which would have helped in improving the poor customer service of this company.”

“Ordered some Nemaslug and a large rose for the watering can from Green Gardener. Keen price and fast delivery, exactly as promised. Would certainly use them again. Applied the Nemaslug as directed to a large area of lawn and, although it's still a bit early to be sure, haven't seen a single slug since.”

“The service was excellent, however the ladybird larvae was so very tiny (difficult to see any legs etc.) I don't believe any survived, next time I would buy adult ladybirds”

“My hostas are now slug-free!! And I also seem to have the vine weevils under control. Green gardener nematodes have saved my garden! Great service too - they even manage to deliver the little blighters (nematodes are alive) to avoid our holidays! Thank you.”

“I am very upset to be responsible for allowing the killing of 50 live Lady birds which I ordered through amazon - they were all dead at time of arrival. I will reverse my payment.”

Thanks for the message and apologies for the dead ladybirds. It is very unusual for them all to be dead but we do chill them before packing to put them in a state of hibernation, so try popping them somewhere warm and they should wake up. We send hundreds of packs of ladybirds out each week with very little trouble. They are posted by 1st class post for next day delivery, we include food and they are packaged in non-crushable containers and padded envelopes, so normally they arrive fine. Obviously if they are dead, I would have replaced them or refunded your money but if you have already initiated the reversal I will have to wait for Amazon to organise this, so I will keep an eye out for it.
