“Very prompt delivery of the nematodes needed to tackle the chafer grub. They were not successful last year but I didn't put them on until mid October and perhaps it was too late by then. This year here has been a real infestation and I hope that I shall be able to defeat the menace this time.”

“Ordered two items, only one arrived. After about 12 days I telephoned, to be told that the second item had been dispatched. This was not the case. I received the item a couple of days after the phone call. I think this was one of the very rare mishaps. I have dealt with your company in the past without any problem.”

To : Tim Desmond, Thanks for the review and I have tried to contact you several times about this order but I am not getting any replies to my emails and you did not include a phone number with the order? We are UK based and we include free postage to the UK but Ireland costs considerably more to post. We can send your order to Ireland provided your post is reliable. If your post is OK then it would cost and extra £5.00 postage. If your post is reliable enough and you want to proceed, please can you ring us on 01394 420922, so we can charge the extra postage on a debit/ credit card (as you paid by Paypal there is no way to add it to the existing order). N.B. If you decide to go ahead, please can you also confirm the full address as I have no way of checking it with our UK address recognition system . “I have used this company for a number of years for the supply of Vine Weevil Nematodes. Very easy to place the order, very quickly delivered, and I can recommend their early and late season double deliveries. Never fails.”

“I am usually very happy with Green Gardener but this time, when we had a fungal infection in a pear tree and had to pull it out, we wanted to treat the other fruit trees next to it so I purchased a recommended product (Green Gardener advice is excellent) online. Sadly, it never arrived, which may have been the fault of the Post Office and not of Green Gardener. After two weeks of waiting, I called and hey sent more but by then, with autumn approaching, it was too late to use it. Maybe next year but I hope we won't need it!”

“Always good service. I buy Vine Weevil and Slug nematodes. Very pleased with the results. Plus Nematodes are much kinder to the birds and environment. I really noticed the difference when I started using the slug treatment a few years ago. And to be honest the little so and so's are out in force this year and the size of them. So you must keep going with the treatments.”
