“Excellent customer service from Green Gardener. I had a query following receipt of my order and called them up and got great advice. Products ordered were sent out promptly and very well packaged - particulary live goods such as larvae. Really impressed by this company and have already recommended it onto several other people who have also purchased from GG”

“Ordered 50 larvae + 30 free, but when I opened the case and singularly put them on individual plants, I had no more than 30 that were alive. There were lots of small black pieces left so they'd either eaten each other or there wasn’t 80 in there to begin with. Also, when I did put them next to the black aphids, I’d say no more than 5 of that 30 actually ate them, and there’s still a large number of aphids around the garden so the reason for buying them hasn’t worked. The only positive I can give is there is an increased number of ladybirds around the garden which is a pleasant sight. Sorry green gardener, but it’s a 2/5 from me.”

“Really excellent supplier. I have now purchased from Green Gardener a few times. (Cat Watch and sciarid nematodes). The website is clear and has lots of information, delivery was fast and everything was packed really well. I would definitely recommend Green Gardener, and they have a great selection at very competitive prices. I will certainly be returning when I need more supplies. “I purchased 25 ladybirds. Once arrived, I followed instructions placing them (after a drink) on my roses, hanging baskets and pots. I seen none of them again since bar one. Have no idea where they are if not flown away? And sadly I still have white aphids all over my hanging baskets. Perhaps I should have ordered more?? Maybe 25 not enough. Advice please.”

“Very impressive service and great products Bought the Box Moth Trap. Very happy for a while - it caught nothing. But now it has acquired five moths - so I know what’s coming (lots of caterpillars). So I can get prepared. Orders come quickly. Also once I ordered a nemetode sprayer - forgetting I had several stashed in the cellar from Previous year! I phoned up and they cancelled my order without any fuss.”
