“Well your service was great and helpful on the phone etc , but I’m not at all convinced that the Amblyseius have done anything at all.... very disappointed”

“i ordered nemaslugs on 2 occasions from you i have received one i have e-mailed you about this but the reply was not satisfactory & i have still not received them so in the future i will not use green garden”

Thanks for the review and I am not sure what the query is with this order i.e. we posted it on the 26th and according the tracking it was delivered on the 28th? Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

“I know it's a difficult time for growers at the moment, but my plants really weren't in the best condition on arrival. The trailing petunias were particularly bad. Some of the plants had to go straight on the compost and the ones I have planted haven't grown very well. The nicotiana were labelled petunia and so I planted them in the wrong place and the sweet peppers were so small I'm not sure they'll yield anything.”

Thanks for the review but we do not supply plants, so I think you have reviewed the wrong company? We supply bio pest control i.e. Nemaslug, Ladybirds etc? Kind regards

“The leather jackets are still eating my lawn doesn't seem to have worked at this time. I have got another packet coming from you in Autumn hopefully I will have a lawn to apply it to.”

“Never used Nemaslug before, so after ordering 2 packets I was very excited to give it a go, however due to The virus we were leaving our parcels in the porch for 3 days before opening them ! 26-29 degrees. After opening we saw it stated on sleeve Refrigerate on receipt! I think we might of cooked our nematodes. Please display refrigerate immediately on outside packaging for novices like us. 4 weeks on and I’m still finding slugs everywhere”

“I ordered a slug pest control. The order was meant to arrive in the week starting the 21st of June. It was dispatched on the 16th of May. I am now waiting to see if my replacement that I was promised arrives.”

“DIFFICULT TIMES, BUT DISAPPOINTED. MY NEMATODES WERE IN THE POST FOR A WEEK. MY PHONE CALL AND EMAILS TO FIND OUT IF THEY WOULD STILL WORK, AS THEY SHOULD BE REFRIGERATED, WERE IGNORED.,”

“Ordered a number of items but when delivered, one was missing though label said it had been included. On ringing was told they would dispatch the missing item. When it did not arrive I rang Green Gardener again, I was asked to wait till after the weekend. I rang again on the Monday to say it had not arrived and was given a refund.”

“I usually order ladybird larva from here. Never normally a problem. Mine arrived today & they are tiny, so small I can barely let them go. Some eggs appear unhatched in the box & some of the larva look like they've only just hatched.”
