“Hi, I was happy with my transaction, delivery was speedy and the only thing I was unhappy with was the c02 tablets I bought were smaller than I had imagined but that’s down to my preconceptions. Also the glasses I bought I thought were for led lights but they are actually for different lights but I’m sure they will protect my eyes against my 2000 w led light aswell”

“Great product , scrog net was perfect and it came very quickly. Would have got 5 if it wasn't for the postage being as much as the item purchased”

Hi, thanks for the review, we understand the delivery charge can seem expensive when only ordering a small amount, this is due to the charges from the courier we use, we actually do not make any money on postage but it is something we are currently working on reducing.

Thanks for your review, we understand for lighter items the postage can seem expensive and we are looking into this, at the moment we only use a courier and don't make money on the delivery, often subsidising their charge however we are looking into this and hope to have cheaper options available soon

“would have been appreciated if the delivery driver had actually delivered to the address on the package and not to the nearest door when he got out of the van! Inconvenienced my neighbour who had to complete the delivery (1/5)”

“What I ordered came promptly. I’ve only used one dose of plant nutrient so it will be a while before I can say whether it has been beneficial to plant growth. Ask me again in three months!”
