“Excellent customer service, with great communication with little delay. The designs and templates are very clear to understand. Once the go ahead is given, very prompt service. We have used this company for many different logo products, always a very professional service.”

“Excellent customer service. The team didn't pester but showed great patience with us as we decided what we wanted. The product is great and we love the magnets and hope they will help boost our business marketing. Delivery was fast once the order was placed. A very smooth and professional experience.”

“Go Promotional provided helpful and clear customer service and information and we are very happy with the product. There was initially a mix up with us being sent the wrong order, however they corrected this promptly and effectively. My only, small, issue is being sent proforma emails, presumably automated, which didn't always fit the status of my order.”
