“We ordered water bottles, quick turn around, good quality product. Tom at GoPromotional was very helpful, and advised about small writing not showing up, so we made the text larger for our website on the water bottles. Pleased with end product.”

“Our logo on the pens did not look as good as the preview sent. There was bleed out on the more minor part of the logo, which was unclear to read. I would have eliminated this if I had known. I also thought that the gold writing did not show up as well.”

“I have been very disappointed with the lack of information regarding delivery status. We had a date abet estimated on on our invoice, never thought to check before hand as the rest of the order had met the date stated. I had to chase for an update and they are very slow to respond. Account Manager on holiday however even when she came back no information and after a number of phone calls still no information of tracking or delivery status. Still haven't heard from her! Apparently that's the aftersales department. So why not transfer me or give me a contact number for that department?? Seems that once they have your order, its cheerio, I'm not interested.”
