“Absolutely fantastic! I contacted GoPromotioanl very late notice wiht an order for some personalised bags and notepads that I needed for a conference. They contacted me immediately to discuss how best to do the order and were able to get the ball rolling straight away. I felt they gave a very personal service and went out of their way to help me. The products arrived when they were promsied to and they looked fantastic. We ended up gettign great feedbacl from our conference delegates thanks to such great work by GoPromotional. I would definately recommend and use again in the future.”

“Item paid for was no longer available. The alternative was not suitable. It was very difficult to contact anyone at the company to organise a refund. Eventually organised the refund via the credit card company. Fobbed off with lies of promised refund for over 3 weeks - not happy. Luckily we paid on credit card and were able to persue our refund this way.”

“I cannot rate GoPromotional highly enough. We have ordered a couple of times and have always received 1st class customer service and items arriving on time even when given very short notice. I would especially like to mention that Wendy has been a massive help and is always prompt in getting back to the thousands of emails I send her! :-)”
