“We purchased promotional items from Gopromotional recently. The quality of the products were excellent and the delivery was very quick. Ordering from Gopromotional was exceptional, I got all the help I needed, all my questions and queries were answered by return e-mail, and quotes for products were also sent. The staff were extremely helpful and obliging. I will definitely be ordering again from Gopromotional and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Great company, very quick to respond. I liaised with George who was fantastic. Bought things on a few occasions now and 100% service. Pens / Lanyards and more recently some badges which after a couple of delays (on my end), still had delivery when we needed them by. Will be using again without doubt.”

“Ordered from their Irish website. Very efficient but was never told it was actually a UK site. Therefore duty had to be paid on goods arriving.”

Hi, Thank you for your review. All orders should go through our Irish company which your order has done- it looks there has been an error where the customs email has been sent to you by our supplier rather than ourselves to pay. Unfortunately for some products we must use UK based suppliers where there is not an option for an EU alternative. If you can email your account manager then we can get this rectified for you. I also found Laura to be very helpful in adding any additional requirements and requests by myself.
