“We required branded card wallets for an event, and even though the production team didn't have enough time to make them, they appreciated the necessity of our order and did their outmost to get our items delivered ahead of the event. Life saver!”

“Service and contact was good and efficient. Accurate orders with clear artwork. Little more expensive in total than expected. For reference the plastic pencil cases are almost not fit for purpose as I didn't realise they were just plastic zips! with a proper zip they would have been ideal.”

“We used GoPromotional to order 150 bottles as merchandise. They were able to accomodate us and achieve mostly what we wanted (there were limitations around no. of colours they can use, but I gather this is industry-wide). Not 5 stars as after payment they let us know the agreed colour was no longer in stock, so that miscommunication with their supplier was not ideal.”

“Everything went as expected, however, I could have used more updates on the order process. I only received an update of delivery when asked for it. Would recommend adding "your order has been dispatched" or "your order will be delivered on this particular day" updates, so that the customer doesn't have to wonder when the products will arrive.”

“Interface with the sales perso wasn't always easy as I can't use 800 numbers from where I live. I DID find another number to dial in 1 out of numerous emails. Please" make it easier for people outside the Uk to do business with you. Thus we lost time and had to change to other more expensive products that we re in stocK. Otherwise we were please with the service we received, the artwork, rapidity, and the goods themselves”
