I was very happy with the product and the communication with Tom. I was quite let down by the delivery side as it was with DPD and they split my orders on numerous occasions. Although this is out of Gopromotional control, I would advise going with another courier. Ones who would communicated if there is going to be any differences with what they originally stated or even amend it on their tracking information. I expected and order on a Friday and didn't get all of it until the following Monday.
