“Bit of confusion in regards to delivery times but overall very pleased”

“Service provided was excellent, even to them doing the artwork for us. Everything was done in an efficient timely manner. The only criticism would be that the identified delivery date was only partially met. I was expecting everything to be with me by that date. Some items came early, some on the date and the last parcel came the following day. All in all everything was with me for our event, this may be an issue with the delivery company and not Go Promotional. “Hi Holly responded to our initial enquiry immediately and the service provided by her throughout was first class. It was disappointing however when the warehouse dispatched the wrong items. On a positive note again Holly reacted immediately and solved the problem to our satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in contacting you again with future orders. Regards Sharon Faulkner”

“Overall a good experience, I decided to go with a very inexpensive pen and it unfortunately was of poor quality. My logo and phone number looked great. Will use them next year and probably spend a little more to get something of higher quality.”
