“Very helpful and understanding with the confusion with our order. Quick responses when needed. Quality of bags from our initial order very high so very pleased with these. Follow up on getting new sample/refund/pick up of incorrect bags a bit slow but not a problem for us as we are not in a hurry for the bags. Overall happy with the overall customer service received.”

“I was recommended by Sarah McKenzie as she had purchased some bags for her conference. We thought it was a nice idea and I gained the contact, and emailed Wendy. Wendy was efficient, quick response and gave me all the information and a mock-up of what I needed. The bags arrived in good time and are really good quality with our logo on the front. Thanks”

“Great service from friendly staff answered all my questions. The bags that i ordered were just what i wanted and looked lovely. The packaging of the bags were really bad the box they were in was split in several places and the bags were falling out.”

“We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of our order, however one small fault that stops us from marking it 'Very Good' is the fact we were told after placing the order we couldn't proceed with the coloured merchandise we wanted.”

It was easy to get mock-ups of our logo on pens and notebooks and samples that helped our team make the best decision for our promotional items. “Really helped us out when our usual suppliers couldn't deliver what we needed on time - we will definitely be using GoPromotional again in future. The process was fairly simple and quick; the adviser was very polite and responsive. The product was good quality; the print was nice and clean, as expected. The one negative was that a few of the items did arrive damaged or incomplete so we are glad we checked each individual item. GoPromotional did resolve this for us though so that was much appreciated.”

“We were unable to order with GoPromotional because they do not accept purchasing cards which was a real shame. However, I thought Ryan did everything he could to help us. A suggestion would be to introduce purchasing cards as a payment method for your orders.”
