“Emily was superb. Very attentive and she was able to complete our order from start to finish with professionalism and we are very pleased with the all round service GoPromotional gave to us. “Was originally given a delivery date which then changed when it was too late to look at other suppliers. Firstly told they would be delivered after the date we needed them for, Amir then managed to find another supplier and gave us a date of 2 days in advance of the conference, they never turned up. Told it would be the next day and was given excuses and fob offs all day as to the whereabouts. They finally arrived at 10:30pm the night before the conference which started at 8am the following morning. Also the 400 ordered where short - deffo not 400! In short not good at all!!!!”
