“We ordered polo shirts, were told they were in stock, approved the artwork, paid (£1500 +) and were then told that the shirts were not in stock. We were working to a tight deadline and lost valuable time. We have now ordered the shirts elsewhere but they will arrive later than we wanted because of the time lost to us by GoPromotional.”

“I had an urgent need for some merchandise for an event, merchandise I thought I'd struggle to find and get delivered to Dublin before that event. I got in touch with you guys and you had the best price so I went ahead with the order. The merchandise arrived in plenty of time and the quality of them was perfect. I was working with Wendy on this job and she was more than helpful in ensuring I got what I needed, and in time.”

“The quality of the product was first class, as was the service around it. Everyone I spoke to was responsive and flexible when they needed to be. Gareth went above and beyond to help me find a solution to a logistical challenge and could not have been any more helpful. As the Managing Director of the business, he rolled his sleeves up and helped when it was needed. That says a lot about him and GoPromotional.”

“This is the second time I have ordered from GoPromotional and again the products are always of high quality and were delivered on the day they said. Both times I have ordered I needed specific items for events we were attending and needed to know that I would have them to take with me. Ethann helped me on this order and was polite, professional and super helpful in deciding which way was best for us to go, so we would have our promotional items on time. I will be ordering future promotional items from GoPromotional again and can highly recommend them to anyone thinking of ordering items.”
