“Great company to work with, asked for a quote and the response time was very quick and efficient. After looking around at different companies, Gopromotional was by far the best and most profesional that I have dealt with. I will 100% be using them again.”

“Ordered some water bottles. We explained a deadline when the items were needed and we agreed a package with a turnaround time that supported this. Items never arrived, was told the courier had lost it, never got any tracking number despite asking for this. Items were over a week late from the deadline and it took me to contact them to query where they were several times. Asked for a refund and they refused. Got items a week later (past our event we planned to use them). Rubbish customer service, didn't understand our needs. Won't be using again.”
