“Laura was a pleasure to work with offering various options before we decided on our final product. Speedy delivery. Screen printing is very clear but can't comment on how effective it is at retaining heat as we have yet to try one out! Would definitely use GoPromotional Products again.”

“I contacted Go Promotional for a quotation for Pens and Pencils for a show we are doing this month. I received the quote through within an hour of sending the request and was helped every step of the way by Tom Raine with the colours and logo's. I would defiantly recommend this company and will be using again for any of our personalised needs.”

“I had a great experience ordering through GoPromotional. I worked with George who helped put everything together. Despite a few problems our end, George was patient and understanding. “We had an AWFUL experience ordering products via GoPromotional. The worst customer service I have every experienced from any company. I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to in this instance to warn others. We ordered some branded bags for school children (as a thank you for their help with an event) back on 22 March with an urgent turnaround and a promise of delivery by 28th March. They weren't delivered to them until 26 May!! I had no updates, no apologies, no refund (except for the extra delivery charge I paid for the urgent delivery which I had to push for) and had to constantly call them for any information as they did not get back to me with any updates. They were not proactive or apologetic in the slightest. They simply blamed external suppliers and would not take any responsibility. In the end I had to insist upon and organise a final courier delivery myself. I was so embarrassed for our school customer, and in particular for the school children who had been promised their bags before the Easter holidays and did not receive them until after the May half term! If I had known it would take so long, I would have insisted on a full refund at the outset and gone elsewhere, when they messed up on the first delivery - easier said in hindsight. Even now, after this experience I have heard nothing further from them, no apology, refund etc. I run a business myself and would be appalled if any customer of mine was treated in this way. Warning to others - avoid at all costs!!”
