“The product we ordered met the specifications well. I am not sure that the increase in the price due to the late amendment of the bag height was proportional and fair, but i did not argue it at the time. The delivery arrived safely and in plenty of time. I had been told that we would have prior advice of which courier would be used and of the date of delivery, this did not happen. “I would say we were that inconvenient customer. It took a long period for us to make a final decision and even longer to place our order. However despite all of this "Paul" from GoPromotional met us every step of the way. Ever demand we asked, he fulfilled, Every annoying amend we requested was not even slightly a problem for him. I would recommend doing business purely for the service I have outlined. Finally the product itself. We were onto numerous companies about getting customised notebooks. We even received several samples. None were even close to the quality of go Promotional. They arrived in a timely fashion and to the exact spec/quality that they had promised from the beginning.”

“Paul was great and sorted everything out for us swiftly. The only quibble was the slight discrepancy on the price quoted but this was rectified as best as possible. Product was as described and look great in the pub gardens.”

“I took over the ordering of key rings from a colleague who had initiated the order with Paul. Paul was completely helpful and understanding of our requirements and any question no matter how trivial was handled with professionalism, patience and always with follow up calls and emails which brought our order successfully to a close. We are very pleased with the product, delivery was expedited for us. I would deifinitely recommend Go Promotional, product and service exceptional! Many thanks Paul.
