“Excellent communcation and assitance through out , Paul was fab and helped grealty to expedite the order so the items were delivered in time for our event ( owing to our late ordering ). The products themselves were excelllent and we got some good feeback from delegates on our items . Thank you”

“3 of our directors had travelled to the uk to attend an important event which only takes place once a year. We planned to introduce our brand to attendees. We ordered branded promotional items from gopro. Gopro confirmed the items were scheduled for timely delivery. On the agreed delivery date we called to enquire about the order and we learned the items would not arrive as they had not been printed. We had to use unbranded items”

“Product was excellent but customer service was not good. The order was not processed when it was originally set through. We had to chase twice but we did manage to get delivery on time for the event. The price was very competitive and the quote was confirmed as fully inclusive but we were then sent an invoice with VAT added on. I have queried this twice but as yet not received an amended invoice. We have also been sent 5 boxes of someone else's order! A shame because the product is excellent.”

“so so disappointed with this company and would certainly never use them again and would not recommend them. Items received, horns, were not the product visually shown on the web site and they came without the strings, basically we have been left with 100 useless items. Upon speaking to staff we were told our products were only toys and basically we got what we paid for, wish we had known this before we spent 300 euro on TOYS!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE, feeling disappointed”
