“We ordered these a little bit late in the day and needed them quite quickly, we did a bit of back and forth with George about the designs. George kindly pointing out a spelling mistake for us and happily took on a design change at the last minute. We were clearly told the expected delivery date, which was a few weeks away, but we did want them 'the sooner, the better' I was absolutely delighted when they arrived a good week earlier than anticipated. The recipients are very happy with their mugs.”
