“A date for delivery was discussed well in advance of our needs. This was agreed. Sadly, 4 weeks later we were informed that the delivery date couldn't be met. Also, payment was taken in advance of the order, despite this being in contradiction to the order. obtaining a refund has been a nightmare and I'm not sure that we have had this as yet. Will avoid GoPromotional in future!”

“I dealt with Martin Walker at GoPromotional for our recent order. He was extremely helpful and always provided a prompt reply to any communication. The goods arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. Cant fault GoPromotional in any way, wouldn't hesitate order from the company again.”
