“George has been fantastic to work with. He engaged proactively with our designs and remained supportive and flexible throughout, even with several changes introduced by the NHS Trust communications team after the initial concepts were developed. The items delivered are high quality, visually engaging, and have had a great impact. I genuinely cannot fault the service in any respect — communication timelines design quality , and delivery.”

“I’ve worked with Thomas at GoPromotional several times now, and he has always been brilliant. Whenever I get in touch, he’s helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything goes smoothly. He provides clear advice, quick responses, and consistently great customer service. It’s reassuring knowing he’s looking after my orders and helping me work through any changes or requirements along the way. GoPromotional has become my go‑to supplier purely because of the outstanding service Thomas provides. Highly recommended!”
