“The items did not arrive on the dates specified at the time of the order, i.e. the dates shown at the time of the order were acceptable but it was delivered on a day when I was not at home (a day too early), thus it went to my neighbour which was annoying and mustn't happen again. Better means of keeping track of the item would have been helpful or the option to put a note on where to leave the order in the event I was not in.”
