“Ordered the order 12 days ago still haven’t received and hasn’t even been shipped. I have had the shipping refunded as I paid extra for it to be delivered due a week ago. Took my emailing to actually prompt the order to be processed to be dispatched. Unusual experience as in the past usually had good dealings. Took only today to realise item was damaged which is bad considering I ordered on the 10th and no communication with concern of my order”

“Rope halters are a great success. Inherited the two Shetlands from the previous owner of the house over a year ago and always had a great reluctance to wear the halter that was left, almost a rebellious no, don't know why. The rope halters fit perfectly and the ponies seem comfortable wearing them. Delivery was good and on time. Many thanks Archie from SheepPark.”
