“Bit torn to write this, the items came as described, correct sized box, with extra wrapping around the liquids which was deeply appreciated - 1 of my items was worth over £50, I would have been heartbroken if it arrived ruined by leaked liquids. So items & packaging 5/5. However, the order wasn't dispatched till the first day of expected delivery (Magically it 'dispatched' between me sending them an email asking for an order update & them replying) which then meant the order arrived late (Once it finally left GS it arrived really fast so no issues with the postage company). Overall the late dispatch let the order down, i could have gone with others but GS was the only one to offer cheap same-week delivery.”
