“I ordered boot which arrived and did not fit but on getting them out of the box they were damaged. To then have to pay to return a damaged product is not ideal but the QR code provided only loads once then can’t be saved or reopened. Very disappointing”

“Have ordered from GS equestrian a few times now as their prices are really good, and their dispatch is nice and quick too. I usually order large liquid items such as 3.8l mane and tail conditioner and large fly spray refills and they arrive so well packaged - never damaged or leaking which makes me very happy! They have a good range of horse and rider wear and can’t fault the prices either!”

“Really nice and good quality rug however it does come up small. I ordered a 6’6 for my 16.2 mare as that is the size she wears in her other rugs but I definitely should have got a 6’9 for a better fit.”
