“The product that I ordered eventually arrived as I ordered after a significant delay, I would have thought a refund of the delivery charge would have been forthcoming without requesting it however this was not the case, I resisted leaving a review at the first request to do so as I felt no review was preferable to a poor review however you continued to request a review so here it is!”
