“Product purchased was as described. I paid for Express Delivery but I missed the bit where it said apparently nothing gets dispatched immediately. So paying additional delivery costs was a waste of money as there was never an option to get express delivery. My guess is this company doesn't have in stock the items they are selling. We pay then they buy the item. I feel more clarity is needed. I would probably have still purchased the item but definitely not paid for 24hr express delivery. Item took 6 days.”
