“Product good, dispatch good, delivery and customer service after delivery dissapointing. I mistakenly put the wrong house number for my daughter's house and it was delivered to the nextdoor neighbour. They refused the delivery as they didn't recognise my name. PO tracking said it would be returned to the sender. It wasn't. PO redelivered the next day when the neighbour was out and left the package outside with photographic evidence. TBF that is a PO issue - a totally stupid thing to do (but looks good on their stats I guess). However between the two delivery attempts I contacted customer service at GS but got a total fob off - it was delivered, we have evidence, no further help! It was clear they had not considered the matter in any depth, there was a photo of the package on a doorstep, no need to do anything more. Poor service in my view.”

“I was very excited to get my new hy boots from gs and my friend had also purchased hers the week earlier. She did say the zip tag is small and the zip stiff so hurts your fingers to put up but got easier after 5 times … I put mine on did them up was super pleased and the zip reopened on its own and my leg was stuck in the boot the zip would not go up or down . I finally got it off and re zipped it and it stayed … wore them to the yard and same boot same zip did it again … £47 wasted … what a load of rubbish”
