“Absolutely the worst customer service ive ever exnever ever again. Ignore messages for days even cancelled a £200 order my partner made as he never got order for 3 weeks. Customer services are blaggers”

“I purposely chose a blue coloured dog toy as that’s a colour that they can see. A purple one was delivered. I have neither the time nor energy to go through the hassle of returning the toy.”

“I'm really happy with my items. My only feedback would be to use better packaging. Luckily my items were undamaged but feel just putting them in a plastic mail bag isn't enough. A jiffy bag or bubblewrap added would have been better to protect the items. The 11 day wait was a bit longer than expected but I was updated about 4 days after my order that there was a delay.”
