“2 star rating reflects the delivery service-I can’t comment on the products purchased as they are to be returned unopened for the reasons below. Having been let down by another supplier, I ordered some items from GS Equestrian to be delivered before the end of the week via the paid-for Parcelforce 24 delivery service. The items were slow to leave the warehouse but appreciate that this was within timescales given by GS, but Parcelforce took an additional 4 days to deliver. As a result, I had to drive over an hour to reach a retailer who could provide the products I needed for the arrival of our pony and means I will return all items finally received, for which I’ve got to pay return postage. Unfortunately because of this, I would be reluctant to order from GS Equestrian again.”

“Delivery was very very slow but items were ok when they finally arrived. I ordered from other places at the same time and items arrived within days so it wasn’t a postage issue.”
