“I had to return child's riding gloves ....insufficient info on sizing at time of ordering..so had to return and re-order. . Being an older person I found the return process to be complex and impossible to understand. However, when I spoke on the phone your staff (Lizzie in particular) could not have been more helpful. I had to call again to clarify the Royal Mail instructions and again I was impressed by the patience and supportive manner of your staff. So thank you !!! So the poor rating is to do with the process and I would give the staff five stars.”

“I would normally give GS a full 5 star review however on this occasion I encountered delays that were not communicated. Ordinarily though I find GS to be well priced and generally swift delivery.”

“Made an order 7 days ago for a rug costing £50 + £5 p&p and it hasn't been dispatched! Getting it for Christmas now is unlikely. If it fails to arrive before Christmas? I certainly won't be shopping with you again.”

“I ordered boots for my daughter. Which are perfect. However, it's the customer service I wanted to review. There was an issue with delivery, delays etc... Royal Mail, not GS. I emailed customer service to say I was a bit concerned as it hadn't arrived and the tracking information hadn't been updated etc. They were brilliant. They came back to me straight away and offered support, having contacted Royal Mail for an update for. Me. 5 stars!”
