“I'm really happy with my items. My only feedback would be to use better packaging. Luckily my items were undamaged but feel just putting them in a plastic mail bag isn't enough. A jiffy bag or bubblewrap added would have been better to protect the items. The 11 day wait was a bit longer than expected but I was updated about 4 days after my order that there was a delay.”

“The wrong item was sent to me which when I reported I was told to keep and a correct item was sent -that was a good system however the same WRONG item was sent out but this time I have to send it back. So o have to print a label and take time off work to go to the post office and still not got my goods.”
