“The products always good but the delivery has always been a problem. It’s not until I email to ask where are my products, that I get an update that it’s delayed because of waiting for part of the order. I just wish the communication was better”

“Two weeks to get only part my order. I was waiting AGES and order didn't seem to be budging from order placed. Days passed and I had to complain to find out they were waiting for something out of stock before they would send the order. That was the first I heard of it! Don't sell items that are out of stock! I then cancelled part of my order and they sent out the remaining part. Dreadful service, won't use again which is a shame as used for ages.”
