“Never had problem till today and have always left 5 star reviews. Emailed to see if I could my order quicker if I paid the extra postage. Reply was a no. Still waiting on another response. Customer Service is not there strong point. Every other Company had obliged and helped me to get the extra things needed for a competition this week. Not often your daughter gets to ride for her Country . Stressed enough and now have to try and find them elsewhere to guarantee arriving in time !!”

“Got one item of the order fine. The main part of the order arrived a day too late. Because of this we had to source the items elsewhere as we needed them for a show. We kept so much of the order, but the main items had to be returned.”
