“Great company, purchasing was easy with quick delivery. The returns process was straight forward as well but a shock to discover I had to pay Royal Mail prices to return my shoes - needless to say that wasn't a cheap experience! Good company but disappointing in the money lost to fundementally try on a pair of shoes.”

“I cannot fault customer care who were very helpful. However the wait for the arrival of the rug was too long. It was returned and the refund was very quickly sorted. Would order from here again if delivery was quicker.”
