“I love some of the stuff they sell, all at reasonable prices, I just purchased my husband 3 pairs of cord trousers, really really good quality and really reasonably priced. I unfortunately have to send one back, I must have had a brain freeze. Gosh who knows were my head was at when I put the wrong size in for one pair. However this is how impressed I and my husband were on quality. Rather than go for a refund, went for replacement with the correct size this time. I definitely will be buying for things from this store I can not answer the refund or replacement questions yet, as they were only sent back yesterday.”

“Very disapointing customer service and to be quite honest the person on live chat was far from friendly. Bought a jacket that was over £270 but when it arrived it had a price tag of £90. Certainly won't be using them again.”
