“Really poor response over Xmas period. Ordered poop-scoop on 18th Dec. Got immediate acknowledgement but no response to follow up email between Xmas and NY. Sent chaser at beginning of Jan but no response. Finally got an automatic email on 2nd Jan to say it was despatched. Communication was really poor, even allowing for holiday period there were still 7-8 working days in that period when an email update could have been sent. Also frustrated as there is no way of calling the company. No number on the websie at all, so can only send emails or social media messages.”

“Fabulous company, this was the first time that I have used this company. Good price and easy to order and really fast delivery. Unfortunately, the shoes that I bought for my husband were too small, so I wanted an exchange for a size bigger. Once again, everything was easy, straightforward and a fast turnaround. Perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, keep up the good work.”

“Order placed and confirmed early December with delivery specified by them to be by 24th December. Confirmation that parcel was expected by UPS for delivery confirmed by email. All good. No further news despite my several request to please follow up the status of the order. Eventually on 23rd December they said an investigation would be started and carried out after the festive season. When pushed further they offered a rather flimsy explanation and refund which I declined giving them several options to enable them to fulfill the order. They immediately insisted I take a refund which I have received less charges which they have not incurred. So I have no goods and am actually out of pocket as a result of dealing with these people.”

“Utterly terrible company to deal with. They took 9 days to dispatch my item, only after I emailed them to find out where the parcel was, this was weeks before Christmas so no excuse. They then gave me order confirmation 3 days after this via email and told me they were refunding the postage ( 3-5 working g days) laughable to be honest. It’s the 1st January ( 3 WEEKS AFTER PLACING ORDER). And I still do not have the package. I will never ever return to this company again. Shambolic.”

“Bought a Scruffs Snuggle Blanket for son's girlfriend's dog's Christmas visit (so high-importance occasion!). He's a Jack Russell/Beagle mix, quite chunky. I was prepared for him to ignore it, just wanted to show willing on my own behalf. But he loves it! Most of the time he makes a beeline for it without any direction from us. Picture shows him on quarter size blanket as it's been folded in four, but when he's on it opened out, there's tons of space for him.”
