“I'm really happy with my items. My only feedback would be to use better packaging. Luckily my items were undamaged but feel just putting them in a plastic mail bag isn't enough. A jiffy bag or bubblewrap added would have been better to protect the items. The 11 day wait was a bit longer than expected but I was updated about 4 days after my order that there was a delay.”

“The wrong item was sent to me which when I reported I was told to keep and a correct item was sent -that was a good system however the same WRONG item was sent out but this time I have to send it back. So o have to print a label and take time off work to go to the post office and still not got my goods.”

“Beautiful boots and hat purchased as Christmas gifts for my Daughter. Originally ordered standard fit boots, however needed slim fit return and exchange very straightforward. We have booked pony camp this summer, GS will be my go to for anything needed for the trip. Many thanks”
