“Very good delivery service with prompt delivery of item. Very pleased with overall quality and fit but unfortunately a part on the item was broken. I have sent the item back and confirmation was given that the item has been received. I asked for exchange but have not heard back whether this will be issued or not. It has been almost a week.”
