“Superlative customer services! I had some collars deliver and had an issue with one. Emailed GS Equestrian and that was all it took for a replacement to be sent out. 😁”

“I ordered two items one of the items was fine. The other was the wrong colour although the label stated it was the colour I ordered. I have sent back the wrong item and have he are nothing since I would like to have my money back. But that not even acknowledged receipt if item.”

“Delivered so late I had to make a trip to town to buy some while waiting for it to arrive. Haven’t used GS Equestrian for ages because of previous issues with delivery but figured I should give them another chance. Oh well 🙄”

“I ordered some white riding tights, along with some stud muffins. The horses obviously thoroughly enjoyed their treats! As for the riding tights, they were true to size, of good quality and for a decent price. I have bought from G S Equestrian on a number of occasions and highly recommend them.”

“Responsive customer service however my items took weeks to arrive. I was told that this was as per the delivery timescale at the time of order. Not true, took almost a week longer! I missed a birthday and won’t be back to order again.”
