“Have used GS a few times now. Thoroughly impressed with the range of items stocked and quick turn around of orders. Kept up to date with multiple notifications. Would happily order again as well as refer a friend. I purchased the Omega Equine Tumeric Extra and it has made such a difference to my 27 year old pony. She is far more mobile considering her arthritis and her joints are less clicky. She also seems much happier in herself. She often sports a Turmeric ‘tashe after dinner.”

“Really poor response over Xmas period. Ordered poop-scoop on 18th Dec. Got immediate acknowledgement but no response to follow up email between Xmas and NY. Sent chaser at beginning of Jan but no response. Finally got an automatic email on 2nd Jan to say it was despatched. Communication was really poor, even allowing for holiday period there were still 7-8 working days in that period when an email update could have been sent. Also frustrated as there is no way of calling the company. No number on the websie at all, so can only send emails or social media messages.”

“Fabulous company, this was the first time that I have used this company. Good price and easy to order and really fast delivery. Unfortunately, the shoes that I bought for my husband were too small, so I wanted an exchange for a size bigger. Once again, everything was easy, straightforward and a fast turnaround. Perfect.
