“Received the boots which I was very pleased with but when I tried them on they didn't fit. Return process was simple but I wasn't happy with the fact that I had to pay for it!!! Wouldn't have minded if I had changed my mind but the fact I didn't have a choice as I couldn't wear them!!!!”
