“It's my daughters 18th birthday today and for one of her gifts I placed an order for a couple of items on their website on Monday, paying the extra £7.95 for UPS Shipping. On Tues I phoned their customer service to see when the order was likely to be dispatched. I was told the order would be sent out either that day or on the Weds, but was assured I would receive them by Thurs at the very latest. On Thurs the website was still not showing that it had been dispatched so I phoned again only to be told that there had been some delays in them receiving the items ordered, but that had all been sorted and that it would go out that day. It's now Friday, my daughters birthday, and the UPS tracking system is showing that the sender has created a label but has not handed the items to them yet!! For what I thought was a premium supplier, and certainly not cheap, I can honestly say the service I've received has been nothing short of appalling. They are all very nice on the phone but seemed to just tell me whatever I wanted to hear in order to get me off the phone. I shall definitely not be ordering from this supplier again. Just be honest with the customer - is that too much to ask??!!??!”

“The boots are fab really pleased with them. Have given up with wellies as even the pricey ones don’t last. The boots are warm super comfortable and waterproof. True to size.”
