I am disappointed as I applied for cashback (£31) but got nothing so this is false advertisement so no was not happy.

I compared insurances with you one week the quote was £700 then £900 Went direct to the website back to £700, safe to say I ended up going through the company themselves rather then this service

rated 3* cos in my opinion, website do need bit modernising such as flagging on screen in case of missing details to fill and not just showing red of required info. Please move with the time and update accordingly.

Despite all the advertisements and positive marketing they always come in more expensive than most firms. £30/£40 higher than my renewal.

The site froze so I had to go to the company site to finish off the paperwork . Sorted out with the on line help screen.

i work from 7am till 7pm and i called yesterday evening you people did not pick my car and i needed my car insured on saturday what should i do my number is 07417487918

The lowest price showed very little saving on the renewal price from AA. Incidentally, they were unable to give a quote this time. That is very strange! So, I will renew with the existing insurer. This is the first time I, or my father have not had success with you. Thank you

Not as good as Quote Zone there company’s were cheaper than yours. As a pensioner l have to go with the cheapest with the cover l require

Received a number of quotes. Chose the cheapest quote. The company, Performance Direct, leave a lot to be desired. Such a shame that Go compare have to offer this company on their compare website

Despite answering all the questions about the cover I wanted, then gives me stupid low prices without the cover and a maßive excess, re calc and it's more expensive than what I have now :(

Got a decent quote but be warned about buying a vehicle on a private plate, it takes a week for the all compare sites to catch up with the DVLA after a plate change. While they are happy to insure me on a plate I didn't own instead of the original vehicle plate that wasn't recognised. I am now being pestered about the free £250 excess cover on the private plate and not being offered it on the policy I did buy.

I have been trying to source my car insurance. On three separate occasions when I have gone from Go website to complete details with individual company the price increased. Hence, I haven't took out the policy.
