Took out Homee Insurance and decided on the third cheapest, went to pay and it was mysteriously £15 more than the displayed quote. Not the first time this has happened

Initially easy but when I decided to buy the canoes were difficult to deal with. In t!he end I did not bother!

After I put my details in I was called by someone telling me that I could get a bit of deal if I hold the line and they transfer me to a company that is not on the go compare website. Why is this company or these many companies not on your website if you are recommending them

Spent an hour on the phone purely to cancel automatic renewal why can you not put a box on the application form asking the question saving all of us time. I think there may be a sinister reason for not doing this. You need to be more open with customers.

All car insurance quotations included unacceptably high compulsory excess levels of £600+. I have obtained an alternative quotation from a very reputable company with a lower premium and a compulsory excess of £100.

Decided to use Go compere for first time due to the offer of £250 compulsary excess found it not to be a straight forward and having to be reclaimed from go compere and not the insurers LLoyd's who I chose from go compere site Next disappointment came when I found on go compere site I was charged £9.99 for guaranteed hire car. On LLoyd's official site this charge was £0. Told by Lloyd's this charge is only waived when dealing direct to Lloyd's Insurance So paid £9.99 exttra by using go compere

Hi there I get quote 1248 on Then I pay on line after that Ask me to call them.and then They changed me another £198 pounds.its should be Same whatever I get online. Thank bye

Put infor comparing prices with no result. Same thing happened with my wife. Something is wrong with your system, As some you indicated would not insure us have given quotes.???

Unhappy that the quote I was given, ended up being over £100 more when clicking to pay on the website oof the insurance company. Either Gocompare had given the wrong quote, or the insurance company had.

Wouldn’t take my credit card payment. No way you can find to get assistance. Called the credit card company and they advised that no monies were requested from them.

I found your site more expensive and all insurances you are showing want over £100 first payment which I cannot afford! I'm going back to compare the market!

If your quote of the price it should be the price not go up when you go to the website it is a pretty disgusting thing to happen

Last year, because I had a disputed accident and didn’t understand the rules and declared something in good faith I was financially penalised by the new company. This year I was very lucky to escape the same fate. In my view the service is only useful as a guide of where to start and for myself, or anyone with a dispute, or accidents it is essential to then follow this up with phone calls to each company. Also, when you do this, you apparently do not get the online offers included. So... not really impressed.
