“Bought voucher for ring but when I applied it to shopping cart it says it's expired! Emailed go groopie 5 times but still waiting for reply. I also emailed company that sells the ring but again no reply! I can't be this company is still up and running after all the bad reviews I've read. Someone needs to put a stop to their scamming”

“Bought voucher for weekend break, then checked trip advisor and found the hotel was dire.....all the comments were "do NOT come here. " I cancelled the voucher and asked for a refund within 24hours (permitted time is 7 days). After 4 emails and numerous attempts to use their "chat" facility, still NO response, the money has still not been recredited to my account.
Any ideas where I can report them to get my refund?”

“DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS - I bought two smokeless BBQs in April and paid 2 x P&P, I never received the goods, because I was expecting this to be sorted out quickly, I kept waiting for replies that never came so time dragged on, I went past 180 days so PAYPAL couldn't help me get refunded. I have since found credit on my GoGroopie account to use but I am petrified of using the credit because I will have to do P&P again, they are rip offs - stick to Groupon, I've never had a problem with them. I hope something is done about GoGroopie ripping people off!”
