“The delivery was a disaster. I requested delivery to a local shop which was confirmed for Thursday only to receive a text stating item was unsuitable for collection from a shop. I then arranged for it to be left in a safe place on Friday only to receive a card saying delivery had to be signed for (so why ask for a safe place) . I then requested Monday to a different address which took place, the same day I received text to say I could collect it from the same shop which you refused on the thursday Not a lot of communication between your company and the carrier. Would not buy from you again”

“Sent an email within 3days of delivery complaining of difficulty in disassembling the cleaner when required. After 4days NOreply,so I telephoned and spoke with a young man who informed me my experience was not out of the ordinary!! I am still having trouble and am awaiting a visit from Bosch Engineer to inspect. After sales service leaves a lot to be desired!!”
